Consider consolidating flags to always use dashes between words (or not)

Some flags use dashes between words like --skip-parent, while others don't like --sshkey. It would be good if they were consistent. For long options, I'd personally lean towards using dashes as a word separator. As well, it would make sense to support the existing flags until a Syncoid 3 release is created.
