release type fallback

Would like to be able to have release type ignore the second release if the same version or have an "ignore=" filter

a detailed explanation.

Wanted artist = artist 1, artist a, artist 2, etc source= WEB or CD [where WEB is first choice or falls back to CD if a WEB version has not been released- or snatch the WEB release and ignore all future source types] I haven't read anything that whatAuto keeps a log, but if i were to restart by box, I presume it wouldn't know there's been a snatch. or does it?
