error message when adding module

Hi, love the site! I'm getting this error when trying to add a new module:

"We're sorry, but something went wrong."

same for me. is anyone working on resolving this? would love to add a module to this site

The same for me... I've tried to publish https://github.com/EE/ng-l20n and I couldn't because of that. I've tried multiple times.
