Keyboard shortcuts for panels (`Sessions`, etc)

At present, if I've already moved the mouse to the session I want to rename, and hit F2, I get the main Tools > Options dialog (whomever chose this default has a strange perception of consistency as it applies to UX[, LOL).

Could we please enable keyboard shortcuts for the sidebar panels. Anything on the context menu would ideally have a keyboard shortcut that matches the most common used in windows, in particular:

  1. New Ctrl + N
  2. Edit F2
  3. Delete Delete
