support newer PuTTY key format

While attempting setup PuTTY and SuperPutty on new machine I found that SuperPutty can't read my private putty key file

I would like SuperPutty to support the latest release of the putty private key file

Message: Unable to load private key file "C:\Users\wamitef\.ssh\id_rsa.ppk" (PuTTY key format too new)

PuTTY release version 0.79

Check your putty version, superputty itself doesn’t touch puttys files. You probably need to upgrade your putty version would be my gfuess.
