PuTTY pterm.exe support

As of release 0.77, PuTTY now has a CMD wrapper called pterm.exe. That executable supports fonts and copy and paste and other features similar to putty itself. As such, it would be great if superputty could support pterm.exe.

I was hoping that putting it in a batch file would allow it to be called, but superputty no longer was able to detect it as a executable with a GUI.
