Putty windows no longer opening inside of SuperPutty

When I click on a server name on the right, the Putty window is not longer opening as a tab (well except it shows the tab name). Instead it's opening in a separate window with no way to attach it to SuperPutty. See here for example

This just started happening. Doesn't appear to be related to the latest version 1.4.0.10 because it started happening before I tried upgrading. This could be happening due to a security policy pushed to our machines but not sure if it's something else.

I don't have TeamViewer installed on this PC, but it could be similar functionality with something else that may have been pushed to my PC.

Let me know if there's anything you want me to provide to help debug.

I turned on the Log Viewer and opened a shell to a dummy URL. This is what the log viewer shows: https://i.imgur.com/1JAmoLV.png

This also just started happening to me about 2 weeks ago. I upgraded from 14.0.9 to 14.0.10 and that solved the problem for less than one day. Next, I completely uninstalled and re-installed v14.0.10 and it stopped for a number days, but now it's back again. I agree it's more than likely due to my IT department updating my laptop and there is a conflict with a patch or something. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks! Btw, I know of at least one of my work colleagues experiencing the same issue.

Same here... worked before, don't know since when and/or why new windows are popping up since some days, but I do NOT have TeamViewer installed...
