Cachedcommons and oauth website offline

The library jquery-cookie is loaded from cachedcommons.org, but this site is no longer available.

When replacing the jquery-cookie with something like https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-cookie/1.4.1/jquery.cookie.min.js I get redirected to a page on http://login.jim01.dev/oauth/Authorize, which is also offline.
