Support aliased mkdocs executables

Sometimes the mkdocs executable is not called mkdocs

Sorry for the delay on this. I'm not sure I understand this patch though. As far as I can tell, this patch doesn't help support aliased MkDocs executables, since it still just calls mkdocs a couple lines above. Could you elaborate on what you're trying to do?
