Mistake in CH11 Figure 1

The boxes on the bottom layer of CH11 Figure 1. Merkle Tree should be 'Hash' followed by 'Tx A', 'Tx B', 'Tx C', 'Tx D'. Right now it has 'Hash (Tx A)' for all boxes.
