Hello, nickname is [NA] for all users in DB. All device is FR-fr

Can someone help me?

They have not setup a Siri profile. Create a new contact with own info then go to Settings > General > Siri > my info > select own contact. http://www.wonderoftech.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Photo-Nov-18-6-30-51-AM.png

If still not working check if iCloud and Mail is swiched on.
