Develop a plugin over the controls of an application

Hello community,

I'm looking for a while without finding a solution. I would like to create a plugin "sony bravia tv remote control" Application "Mediaremote" exists on the store and wifi works fine. How can we know the commands sent to the TV to suit the application in a plugin sirproxy?

Does the TV connect to the internet over WiFi? If yes the Siri Proxy has to be on the same network as the TV.

Yes the tv and proxy are on the same network. But how to create a plugin that control the tv? I can not find the commands and how to connect the TV to a proxy plugin
