Base Station Alarm Endpoint?

Hi, is there any basestation endpoint? As in turning the home alarm on/off

@PeteyRev I suggest you take a look at my ring-alarm repo. I tried to have @jimhigson integrate my alarm code into ring-api, but he has been unresponsive. Hope that helps!
