RStudio Addin to show list of available / manage completions

@jimhester I was looking to build this to allow a user to enable and disable completions that have been added as part of a package, I can build it in completeme instead if this is what you were looking for. Are there any other features that should be in this?

I don't recall exactly what I had in mind for this feature, but your idea sounds cool!
