browser for picture: directory

I use gLabels 3.99 Master 564 on Linux Mint 20.2 (as appimage) and Windows 10. When adding a new picture-object inside the labeleditor this is empty. With click on the browse-button inside the properties, a file-dialog opens. On Linux the initial directory this dialog opens is the /home directory of the current user. On Windows the initial directory is the program-directory of gLabels. I think, this should be at least the user's homedirectory, too. This can be read from the environment variable %userprofile%. Read e.g. this for more informations.

And because the user wants to browse for a picture, isn't it usefull to open with the initial path to the pictures-folder? At least the last browsed folder should be remembered when inserting several pictures into one label or during one session.

Thanks
