Adding types for TypeScript support

Thoughts on adding a .d.ts file to support TypeScript? I can send a PR with one, but that would mean maintaining as the lib interface changes. Not sure how much y'all are expecting to change with this lib going forward.

For reference, here's redux's index.d.ts.
