[BUG] Unable to dump eeprom

Describe the bug Unable to dump eeprom from the dump menu, it ends with 'sed' error : "invalid option -- z". I'm using latest master.

  • Brand: VW
  • Hardware-type: MIB2High Harmann
  • Version: MHI2_ER_VWG13_P4521

Look into your folder. The dump should be there. There is just a bug with the inline showing of the content withing the script execution

Same problem here. After performing dump I have two files in backup. A eepromdump.bin with 1kB with no content and a eepromdump.txt. This file seems to be a saved eeprom, just as txt. Is this the saved eeprom, only in txt? If yes, is there a possibility to convert it to *.bin file?

I'll look into this. The txt file has the hex contents of the file. Paste the hex data in a hex editor like 010 editor.
