shortcut button in toolbar shouldn't be greyed out if it matches previously specified dynamic function

If the user goes to edit a previously scheduled message, then the shortcut buttons in the toolbar of the compose window are greyed out if a dynamic function or recurrence was previously used to schedule the message. This doesn't always make sense.

At the very least, if one of the shortcut buttons in the toolbar corresponds to the dynamic function that was previously used to schedule the message, and no other parameters were specified when the message was previously scheduled, then that button can still be active in the toolbar.

Speaking more generally, however, does it even make sense to grey out the buttons like this? I mean, sure, if the user wants to reschedule the message the same way he did before, and that requires the send later dialog to be opened, then he can type Ctrl-Shift-Enter and open it. But if he wants to schedule it differently, using the controls in the toolbar, why shouldn't he be able to?
