Not working with email issues created by Anonymous users

I have Helpdesk from RedmineCRM, and it is creating a conflict. This plugin is perfect for our user view, but breaks the ability for people to create issues via email.

I have assigned the ability to create issues to anonymous users, and given them the correct tracker rights, but I am getting this error: "Helpdesk MailHandler: dispatch error Validation failed: Tracker is invalid"

If I remove the track_control plugin, email issues function again. Is there something I am missing to allow people to create new issues by email?

I haven't checked this functionality. might be a defect. I will check and fix it.
