Bootstrap 5 theme

This could be nice to add a new theme that is fully supporting Bootstrap 5.

@ynerant, what is there in the Bootstrap 4 theme that isn't supported by Bootstrap 5 (or vice versa)? I'm using it in a Bootstrap 5 application, and haven't found any issues.

It's loading two different libraries... And Bs4 won't be supported forever, as BS2 is no longer supported. This will happen for BS4 too at some point in time. And it would be nice if The BS5 theme here is mature then...
