which file does dram-v need in virsorter2

I know that the dram-v needs the virsorter1 result file 'VIRSorter_affi-contigs.tab', but I do not find this file in virsorter2 results, so I wonder which file in virsorter2 result I can use as one of the input of DRAM-v? Sorry for my ignorance.

Hi, you can use "--prep-for-dramv" option to get both the contig and affi-contigs.tab files required by dramv: https://github.com/jiarong/VirSorter2#dramv-compatibility
