I wanted to ask why fragments with the suffix ||lt2gene dont get any scores in the results but instead just get filled with "nan"

Hi, the reason is the scores prediction relies on some genomic features (gene density, strand switch frequency, etc), and they needs a few genes to be meaningful (I set the minimal to be two complete genes). Some of them, however, have hallmark genes (strong viral signal), so they are included as viral.
