Hello developer,

I was wondering how to cite VirSorter2. Is it the same citation as VirSorter?

Also, in virsorter there is an output file created called VIR- Sorter affi -contigs.tab. Does VirSorter2 have an equivalent file created? I need this file to input into DRAM-v

Hi, we are still working on the manuscript. For the affi-contigs.tab, I am working on a function in VirSorter2 to produce it. It should be ready in a week or two. I will send you a notice then.

Thanks for the quick response. As far as the affi-contigs.tab is concerned, will it be a function that can be ran after the fact, or should I cancel the process now and restart VirSorter2 when that function is available?

Good Q. affi-contigs.tab would require a rerun, so I recommend wait till the new release.
