Hello,

I recently used your tool. Your work is really fancy! I have one question: do you provide an alternative option that can detect the tumor region by the original spots instead of superpixel? Thanks.

The very first step in TESLA is to enhance the resolution to pre-set resolution. You can run the original TESLA to get super-resolution results, then transfer it original-spot level.
