Request for the step to be followed for the multiple samples integration, normalization and clustering in SpaGCN

Hello I followed all the tutorial for the spaGCN such as https://github.com/jianhuupenn/SpaGCN/blob/master/tutorial/tutorial_ez_mode.ipynb and https://github.com/jianhuupenn/SpaGCN/blob/master/tutorial/tutorial.ipynb . For my data, I identified clusters from individual samples. When I compared result with ground truth annotation, it looks really good.

Next, I am also interested in integrating samples which is mainly affected by normalization step. It would be great if you can explain integration steps and normalization of multiple samples for spaGCN ? It would be huge help. I would like to be sure for the steps I follow for the integrated clustering.
