Is there any option to disable microphone of external camera when attach it?

We have special android device, after connect to an external camera with microphone, system of device got bug with audio. So is there any option to disable device's microphone after attach it or connect it? No problem in our app now if we connect to "external camera without microphone". Thank you very much.
