26及之后的V7库 没有NotificationCompat这个类了

大家会有这个问题吗 替换成V4的NotificationCompat(26之后也废弃了) 也不行 只有我姿势不对嘛

自己进行适配一下6.07.08.0吧，我没做，后期有时间更新一下，现在又最新的了
