Javascript not working when I use filterific

I have a filterific box and inside is a table. Inside the table are some buttons that make AJAX calls. They work fine on initial load but when I use the filterific filters the table reloads correctly but the buttons no longer work.

It appears that the jquery isn't binding to the buttons when filiterific reloads the partials
