Webcam.js Error: Flash Movie hasn't loaded yet

When i tried to access Webcam.js in my windows laptop , Am facing this issue "Webcam.js Error: Flash Movie hasn't loaded yet" , Wasn't able to find this error reported before in the issues , And not able to find why this happened, Can you please give me a solution when it happens

What browser and version? What operating system and version? Do you actually have a webcam attached that you know works in other applications?
