in mcmmo the gold block is used as a salvage anvil, i think it messes with this datapack, is there anyway for this to work with a separate block instead?

I made a script which helps running the generate.js so you dont have to open cmd and type the command just double click it and done > generate.bat (Manual close)...
I have the Data pack on and when i do **/reload** it doesnt work. it just says reloading and then nothing. does this work in 1.14.4?
