Add single item sort config and generation

Moin moin,

I took the trouble to create a configuration where each item is sorted individually. If and how you want to add this to README.md, I couldn't say, so I didn't do that.

How do i add this to the datapack? Do i have to do anything special with another file other than just add the 2?
