[Feature Request]: Add a webhook for failed/successful runs

What is your feature request?

Could the webhook be enhanced to optionally run only when the job fails or is successful, rather than running in both cases as it does currently?

Implemented in Cronicle v2 (Orchestra) which will ship later this year! 😃
