A few months ago the aruco_ros stack was refactored into three packages: https://github.com/pal-robotics/aruco_ros/commit/082e8dafed362db43f63438cccdb0a16232a8a64

This also introduced another bug hidden by catkin_make: https://github.com/pal-robotics/aruco_ros/pull/10
