Add support for National Subject Matter Index classification

A new metadata type could be added to Interviews that allows indexing them using the LSNTAP's NSMI classifications. See: https://lsntap.org/LSXML_NSMI

This should be displayed in a friendly form on the index of interviews for the site.

This would be helpful on Docassemble sites that store many interviews. It would also allow for easier sharing of interviews across programs. NSMI is used by LawHelpInteractive where many interviews are already hosted.

Sorry, I haven't gotten to this; I keep hoping someone else will work on it. Do you think it makes sense to support both the original NSMI as well as the forthcoming "NSMIv2"?

It would be great to have these as part of the interview metadata. I can add this to my backlog. Do you all know where I could get a copy of the NSMI? The website doesn't seem to be live.

I ended up just reinventing the wheel a bit last week, trying to do this sort of classification for interviews on Clerical Hub. My goal is to also add a similar, categorized list of interviews from LawHelpInteractive. Does the NSMI have sub-categories, ex. Bankruptcy -> Chapter 7?

I think it would be great to flesh this out at the hackathon with the legal server team and get them to commit to the same classification that will map on to legal problem codes, or to leave it flexible enough to work with multiple classifications that the user provides.
