betterplayer [FEATURE] update dependencies

The last update for this library is from one years ago. Is the developer doesn't want to update the libraries?

This plugin does play video with the current flutter SDK version. Please update the library.

@ALI-SAMPSON I can't install this library because this library uses visibility_detector ^0.3.3 and I use the last version of that. Also, I got an error for other libraries like package_info_plue.

For me I was using it sometime ago but after updating my flutter SDK, the library breaks.

Can you downgrade visibility_detector to ^0.3.3 and try again.

@ALI-SAMPSON Look it's ok to downgrade my dependencies to install this library. But it's better to get an update! The last version is from one years ago.

You can check #1201 since it is being updated frequently. They have tried to contact @jhomlala in a few occasions to add them as maintainers, but he doesn't answer, so forking the project was the only option.
