introduce overridable

Hi @jhnns

Based on the discussion here https://github.com/jhnns/rewire/pull/116 instead of using ignore, introduced options.overridable

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 8b2ec0daa2773e2a674da88211d712ed54a73cc2 on killmenot:overridable into cce2de832c99e1f1491c9766bc6a2f1b4d0a3bd2 on jhnns:master.
