fix version of ng-diff-match-patch (2.0.6 to 3.0.1) for angular 9

ng-diff-match-patch v.2.0.6 is not compatible with angular 9 Ivy and needs to be upgraded to latest version 3.0.1

I agree it's needed. But the problem is that the source of version 3.0.1 are not public and thus we don't know what it contains. It might be compromised, that I'd rather not do the update.

Without this update, module did not work
