Test if `ros2-client` async functionality works with [Tokio](https://tokio.rs/) instead of Smol. Write some example programs using Tokio.

This should simplify the code quite a bit. A more polished user interface, e.g. using `tui` would be nice.

Remake of pull request https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh/pull/1310 in Zenoh main repo, as this is considered a more appropriate place.
