Several problems to plot using GR and Plots in my new Workstation. I need help

Hello! i have try all the approach I have seen: ENV["GRDIR"]="" Pkg.build(GR)

etc., and i have got the same result over and over

I have the same version of Julia in two computers, one on a Dell XPS i5, and the another one in my new workstation with Windows 10 Pro that I bought a few days ago (info bellow)

I really don't know how to solve this issue. Please help

Sorry for the late response. Could you try to use GR from an account on your Windows box that does not contain Unicode characters?
