Server Offline

I'm using Xbox One. I have Phantom running on my laptop trying to connect to my server at Tessera.minehut.gg. I'm using port 25565. When I try to connect phantom, everything proceed ok until it says "Server seems to be offline". The server is online. On Xbox, I see "phantom Server Offline" and the IP address 192.xxx.x.xxx.

What am I doing wrong?

If the server is on port 25565 most likely it is a java server. Any console or device other than pc running java edition runs bedrock. The 2 are not compatible by themselves. You could use a proxy like geyser to connect to java servers from bedrock, but that requires either having a java account or access to the server files.
