Server not listed on ps4. Ubuntu 18

This is the first time I've tried to connect to my brothers server since 1.16 Server has been updated Brother has confirmed he can connect AND that the "Enable Lan Connections" toogle is ON. PS4 Minecraft client has been updated Phantom log shows all is well I did not have to open any ports on this machine to connect before 1.16 was released to connect using phantom.

is the computer hosting the server port forwarded on those ports?
