Failed to start server, even though I opened my ports in Windows Firewall.
"Failed to start server: listen udp4 :19132: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions."
Title. I opened all UPD ports in Windows Firewall, and it's still doing this.
That usually means that a server is already hosted on your internet connection. If you are hosting with a bds app, you cannot use phantom to connect to it via the same connection. An easy fix is just look for the world under lan without using phantom.

I'm trying to host a server of my own and make it joinable on my PS4, and Xbox so my fam can play. Sounds kinda lame that it doesn't work.
Are the xbox and ps4 on the same internal network? If so you don't need phantom they will show up as lan games under friends anyway. Phantom is mainly designed to connect remote bds server on consoles and make them show up as if they are on your local lan
I have this same issue as well. I'm hosting a dedicated server on my PC and trying to play with my sister on PS4 (not same internal network). I've opened up all ports and allowed the phantom exe but keep getting the same message as the original poster. Very frustrating
Hey @mechanikjoe, apologies for the delay. It sounds like your sister would need to run phantom on her LAN. Unfortunately, you running it on yours won't enable her to join the server from her PS4.
@WaveSmashies if you're running a Bedrock server on your computer that's on the same network as your Xbox and PS4, it should already show up on the consoles (without phantom). Otherwise, if you have a remotely hosted server, you might try running phantom from a Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
