Unexpected behavior when batch is not run as admin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The script does not work as expected when run with Windows 11, default terminal, without admin permissions. Run as Admin is fine.

Describe the solution you'd like Add admin check in batch file and/or make clear in installation instructions.
