Support description

Great work on organizing the snippets! Is it possible to support the file description in the snippet? A description will make the snippet in the editors easier to distinguish. Another suggestion is to add a function to edit the path of the snippets manually, the default path is not correct in my devices, I have to edit the index.js and sync.js manually to fix this problem. Thanks for saving my time!
