How to make scanLibrary Independent ?

Hi, I'm going to use this library, in my project, but I'm using openCV 3.4.5. I want to make it more modular. Also, I want to downgrade it to Android 6.0 (API level 23). When I will finish, you will be interested?

If someone done some of it, I will appreciate the help.
