Release prebuild binaries in addition to docker deployment
It would be nice if the releases here on github could include the compiled binarys and website parts as in the docker image. Docker seems to include the latest master branch changes while the releases are way older.
A small manual installation guide and a systemd unit can be contributed afterwareds.
