Description

After the "is-disabled" CSS class has been deprecated,Is there any way to make the tag disabled with "button" CSS

<a class="button is-primary" title="Disabled button" disabled>
  Disabled
</a>

and

<a class="button is-primary is-disabled" title="Disabled button">
  Disabled
</a>
