Overview of the problem

I'm using Bulma version [0.9.4]

Description

Give the possibility to use CSS class in scss or sass file .is-flex via @extend .is-flex. This class seems to be only in css part of Bulma not in sass.

Otherwise I have to add is-flex in class attribut of the HTML balise.
