Navbar on mobile is not dark

This is about Bulma -- with a dark navbar, when you switch to a mobile view and you open it with the burger, the navbar is light with dark text. I expect the navbar to keep the same styles (is-dark) as in desktop, but unfortunately it seems to default to a light menu on mobile.

Would you be able to post some reproduction HTML? What you're describing sounds almost exactly like the expected behavior, but I'm not certain I'm getting the full picture.

The demo versions of navbar colors in the docs all include a totally white menu, it's just the highlighted element that's colored: https://bulma.io/documentation/components/navbar/

To fix this, I just used .has-background-dark class.
