Pinned notifications?

This is about the Bulma Docs and Library I'm using Bulma version [0.9.2] I am sure this issue is not a duplicate.

Description

The docs for the Notification element mention being able "pin" notifications in the corner of the viewport but there's no details of how to do so, nor does there seem to be such a feature after a quick search.
